Roopa

Roopa, Project Coordinator under the Swabhiman project works with Sahayogita Samaj Vikas Sansthan, a community based organization situated at Chattarpur Pahari. She has done her correspondence in B.A Political Science from Delhi University. She has prior experience of working as a Non Formal Educator in Nav Srishti for four years. She has also worked as a computer teacher at MCD School at Adhchini.

Anita

Anita is a Project Coordinator in one of our partner organizations Nav Srishti under Swabhiman. She has done her BA Honours in Political Science from Delhi University. Prior to this, she was associated with Nav Srishti on a voluntary basis.

 

Rajni Thapa Dhorny

Rajni Thapa Dhorny has been associated with Health and Care Society for past 17 years now. She has been associated with this organization in the capacity of a tailoring teacher as well as a Field Officer. Currently, she has been involved in the Swabhiman project as a Community Health Educator and along with tailoring, also imparts knowledge on issues concerning women’s health and adolescent.

Reena Tyagi

Reena Tyagi works with Sahayogita Samaj Vikas Sansthan as a Community Health Educator. She is a strong and determined lady who managed to pursue her studies till Bachelors after her marriage. As a Community Health Educator, she gives sessions to the women and adolescents in her community on a range of issues concerning them.

Chandrakala

Chandrakala is associated with Sahayogita Samaj Vikas Sansthan as a Community Health Educator. Earlier she was working with Nav Srishti for 2 years as a field worker. Chandrakala has attended extensive trainings on HIV/AIDS.

Kalpana Roy

Kalpana Roy is a Community Health Educator working with Sahayogita Samaj Vikas Sansthan. She has studied till the twelve standard. With remarkable commitment and indomitable spirit, she spends most of her time in the community with women and adolescents girls spreading awareness on relevant issues such as menstural hygiene, safe motherhood, ANC and PNC, nutrition etc. She also follows up with the women registered for pregnancy and accompanies them to the hospitals incase of emergency referrals.

 

Nutan

Nutan has been associated with Adhaar for 2 years now and has worked there in several capacities. She has 10 years of prior experience in this sector. Currently she has been working in Adhaar as a Community Health Educator. With her certain charm and grace, she takes sessions on variety of issues among the community members and leaves a lasting impression on them.

Shailbala

Shailbala, a BA Honours in History from DU has been working with Adhaar for the past 8 months as a CHE. She has been a teacher in Delhi public school for 8 years. She attended a 7 days workshop on ‘Violence against Women’ last year. Shailabala believes in smiling a lot and she gets her way with the community people in spreading awareness on relevant issues through her smile.
